CCPS Volunteer Information
For chaperoning band trips, we would like to clear our volunteers as "Level 2 Volunteers." This will include the following:
1. Fill out the survey online.
2. Come to the school with your ID for a background check.
3. Schedule fingerprinting. This information will be shared with you after filling out the initial CCPS volunteer form.
